§ Why Bridgeline

Why Bridgeline.

Bridgeline Africa Ltd is a London-incorporated firm. Where Bridgeline is the contracting party, engagements are governed by a UK contract and supported by UK-hours account management — treated, contractually, like any UK supplier on your roster.

Behind that, we operate a curated network of long-tenured delivery partners — vetted firms with relevant local operating experience and meaningful history in their home markets.

/ 04 · How we think

Three principles, plainly stated.

Drawn from how we actually operate
i.

Local operators, UK coordination.

We bring together UK-side coordination, governance, and reporting with an established in-country delivery network — operators with the histories, certifications, and on-the-ground capability to execute reliably. The structure is built for accountability end to end.

ii.

Predictability over frontier story.

We focus on the operational reality of working compliantly in Nigeria, Ghana, or Benin — and the specific people who do that work day to day.

iii.

Two ways of working.

For some clients we hold the contract, run the relationship, and manage delivery end to end. For others we provide the structured introduction and groundwork, you contract directly, and we step back. You choose the model based on the engagement.

/ 05 · Frequently asked

A few practical questions.

Which markets do you cover?

Our core corridor is the United Kingdom and Nigeria, Ghana, and Benin Republic. Engagements outside these markets are taken on case by case, where our partner network has relevant reach.

What size of organisation do you typically work with?

Bridgeline primarily supports UK and international mid-market and enterprise organisations — typically those with established procurement processes and a named UK-side sponsor. Smaller firms are welcome to get in touch; we'll be honest about whether we're the right fit.

Are you regulated or certified?

Bridgeline Africa Ltd is incorporated in England and Wales and operates under UK law. Our compliance documentation — including data protection, anti-bribery policy, insurance, and references — is available on request and shared with your security, legal, and procurement teams ahead of contracting.

Where a specific engagement requires formal accreditations (e.g. Cyber Essentials, ISO certifications), we confirm the applicable requirements during mobilisation and identify whether they sit with Bridgeline, the delivery partner, or both.

How quickly can you move?

We aim to have an initial assessment conversation within 48 hours of first contact. For most Hire and Access engagements, we typically expect to be operational within four to six weeks of scope sign-off. Market entry engagements generally run on longer timelines.

Who actually does the work in-country?

Bridgeline coordinates a curated network of vetted in-country delivery partners — established firms with operating histories, certifications, and references in their home markets. Bridgeline holds the UK-side relationship, governance, and reporting. We identify our partners on engagement.

Do you take referral fees or commissions from partners?

No. Our fees come from clients on the basis of agreed scope. We do not accept undisclosed commissions, referral fees, or kickbacks from partners or counterparties. This is a hard line, set by our anti-bribery policy.

What does pricing look like?

Pricing depends on the service and scope. Hire engagements are priced per employee, per month. Access and Enter engagements are quoted as fixed-scope project fees against an agreed deliverable. Assure is typically a quarterly retainer.

Indicative pricing is shared on the first call and confirmed in writing before any work begins.

What if the engagement doesn't work out?

If at any point we're not the right firm for the work, we say so. Engagements are governed by clear contractual terms — typically English law where Bridgeline holds the contract — including defined exit and handover provisions. Nothing is locked in beyond the scope you've signed.

§ 06 · Start a conversation

A conversation, not a pitch.

Tell us a little about what you're working on. We aim to come back to you within two working days — if it sounds like we might be useful, we'll suggest a thirty-minute call. If we're not the right fit, we'll say so and point you somewhere that is.

We aim to reply within two working days. No mailing list. Submissions are handled in line with our privacy notice.
